Scientific rationale

The module aims to develop dialogue with institutions, indispensable for the management of a modern company/health agency. Topics such as the institutional and system framework and the one health approach, social marketing and artificial intelligence, the implementation of PNRR interventions, health programming objectives, the monitoring of LEAs and performance, digitisation and innovation in health will be addressed. The approach will be that of dialogue between institutions: alongside the development of content, the development of
administrative advocacy skills, i.e. engagement of the relationship with different institutional roles that intervene at various levels in the complex world of health. Keywords: Dialogue and confrontation with institutions, administrative advocacy.
