OBJECTIVES

This e-learning course presents and deepens aspects related to the prevention of risks and the protection of health and safety of workers in workplaces within the meaning of

Legislative Decree no. 81/08 e s.m.i..
The duration, content and training arrangements were defined in accordance with the Agreement (Rep. Acts 59/CSR) approved at the Permanent Conference for the relations between the State, the Regions and autonomous Provinces on 17 April 2025, which reorders the previous discipline and defines new standards for training in health and safety at work.
The aim of the course is to implement the training obligation laid down in Article 37(1) of Legislative Decree no. n. 81/2008, ensuring compliance with the technical requirements, traceability and effectiveness provided by current legislation.
