OBJECTIVES

The course presents refresh and deepening topics regarding the main risks to
which Workers are exposed in relation to what regulated by Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and
s.m.i. for the protection of health and safety in workplaces.
The duration, content and training modes have been defined as foreseen
by the Agreement (Rep. Act No 59/CSR) adopted at the Permanent Conference on Relations between the
State, Regions and autonomous Provinces on 17 April 2025, reorganizing the previous discipline and
defines new standards for training in health and safety at work.
