OBJECTIVES

The course presents and deepens the aspects related to the mandatory five-year update
the training of administrative staff, aimed at the prevention and protection of
workers in workplaces as governed by Legislative Decree no. 81/08.
The course allows you to update skills and knowledge on safety at work,
taking into account the peculiarities of the functions dictated by the task conferred.
The duration, content and training modes have been defined as foreseen
by the Agreement (Rep. Act No 59/CSR) adopted at the Permanent Conference on Relations between the
State, Regions and autonomous Provinces on 17 April 2025, reorganizing the previous discipline and
defines new standards for training in health and safety at work.
