Scientific rationale

The training proposal, developed with a 2-hour FAD course, addressed to General Medicine and Family Doctors, was formulated to provide in-depth and up-to-date knowledge on various aspects of headaches, in particular chronic forms: diagnostic criteria of the various forms of primary headaches, chronic headache for high use of symptoms, factors of chronicization and comorbidity, clinical and disability monitoring tools, symptomatic and prevention therapies, non-pharmacology therapies, clinical pathways. In addition, specialists from different disciplines also presented reports on psychological, nutritional and physical therapies.
