OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

We invite you on board a training path that combines the rigour of legal deepening with a residential formula capable of favoring comparison and professional exchange.

Military law is an autonomous and articulated regulatory system in which criminal and disciplinary proceedings develop on separate but deeply interconnected tracks.

The choice of the infringement, the formulation of the defence and the management of the judgement require the professional an integrated knowledge of both sides, in addition to the procedural and substantial specificities that distinguish military jurisdiction from the common order.

The course systematically addresses the topics of greater practical relevance — from the principle of ne bis in idem to the most frequent cases of crime, from the role of the defender in the preliminary investigations to the effects of the criminal judgment on disciplinary action, to the profiles of union law and military social security — thanks to the contribution of high rank military magistrates and industry specialist lawyers.

Two thematic tracks, two management areas, one route: the residential formula on board will offer — training sessions — spaces of dialogue and informal deepening between participants and faculty.
