MINORE DIGITALE, PROTECTION AND DIRECT (MOND29/26)

Scientific rationale

The course proposes an interdisciplinary approach aimed at integrating the legal and protection aspects of minors with psychological and development aspects. A first part will be dedicated to the digital rights of minors, to the processing of personal data, at the minimum age for access to social media and the responsibilities of parents and platforms. The second will explore the processes of identity building in the digital environment, with particular attention to online emotions, impulsivity, hyperconnection and emotional adjustment mechanisms.

The aim is to provide participants with a scientific and operational framework to understand how digital experience integrates in teenage evolutionary processes and to promote conscious, safe and respectful use of social media, promoting the protection of the rights and welfare of minors.
